little journal type entries won't seem so silly,

mainly because they will be all I make time for!
Sunday's wind storm left some of our roofing standing perpendicular to the roof, (Drox noticed last night)
Ordered boxes that should be here Thursday for packing up the house, at least the little that I will be taking with me to live with Tiney and Matey in WA
Drox has the biggest downsizing to do, I am still urging him to ask his dad how much space they have for him to store a few boxes during his mission
Buh has his days and nights reversed, except for Sundays, because it lets him do art in peace as near as I can tell... he is packing and purging his room as soon as the boxes come
Buh agrees with me and I have started with the kitchen!!!
At least it is moral support ;-Þ
I have the kitchen DI box out in an easy to reach place, in case I get too free with giving away and the boys need to reclaim an item or two - kind of like when I wash your glass you set on the counter while you are getting the juice to go in it...
We have started deliveries at work, I am doing local ones but get to help with the paperwork and question answering on most of them, going in early today to answer questions by phone. There are always orders that have something missing or where people meant to order something else or misunderstood what they were ordering, until the universally clear order form is developed or the infallible plant springs into being, the need for a customer service rep is absolute.

It has been way too long!

Ddonn's blog sez it has been 6 months since I posted...Way Too Long.

Spring is always crazy busy when one works with high school graduations but this one was worse due to my less than spry condition - working on that.

My Mom was diagnosed with non Hodgkin's lymphoma end of June/ beginning of July and we are waiting to learn details on treatment - she sees the oncologist this coming Tuesday.

Tiney and Matey are gone visiting relatives and will be home less than a month before moving back to establish a home thePirate can be welcomed to by the end of the summer.

AnWanna has been accepted to a Master's program at her alma mater and will leave a month later.

This leaves the boys and I moving in 80 days or less since we can't afford this house without them.

Buh was rear ended at a red light Monday coming home from work and is seeing our chiropractor regularly. I have been playing chauffeur sp? because his neck is one of his injuries, he IS able to work thankfully and the car still runs but is hard to drive until we get the seat fixed - the driver's seat was wrenched out of place and tilts back and toward the passenger's side of the car.

My employment status is changing from salaried to hourly beginning in August and hours are very few in August and September so my frugality is revving up.

I have an appointment Monday re: that second operation I was supposed to have October or December of 2008, hate to spend the money but as poorly as I feel I need to check out possible causes.

Home Alone...

and headed for bed!  Buh and Le are at the theater east of us and Drox is at the theater west of us with two of our rpg group... all of them to attend a midnight showing of Wolverine and I am blissfully headed to bed after setting a new personal high in Peggle Extreme... 5,501,710.

The last two weeks have been crazy at work and last week was the first week of Matey's life on the outside so home was INTENSE and I am gone so much this week that dishes are threatening to take over the universe... NONE of them used by me because I get up too late or tired to eat, grab something wrapped in a napkin and have take out food in the evening when Le or Buh drop by to help at work or to pick me up because Buh is using my car~ I am actually looking forward to doing dishes this weekend!!!  Le is a great help at work - she is a little picky about what she is willing to do if my boss isn't there.  When he is around she does whatever he asks, when it is just the two of us she works hard and fast but leaves the "boring" stuff for me ;-Þ  I still win because so much more gets done.
